Paris Banh Mi - Katy, TX

The Special Combination Banh Mi Dac Biet was tasty and loaded with porky goodness, pork roll, jambon and pork BBQ, pork pate, butter mayo, house sauce, jalapenos, cucumber, cilantro, sour carrot and radish. I forgot that Banh mis can be a hot or cold sammy, I prefer a hot one and didn't look close enough, this was a cold one. I also forgot to order a medium fried egg on it. My wife got some really good chicken fried egg rolls which I ate half of. She also enjoyed a bowl of Chicken Pho noodle soup loaded with beef broth, rice noodles, bean sprouts, basil, lime, jalapeno and scallions, cilantro and white onion. The only thing it didn't come with was a decent sized spoon, a tiny plastic "use once" spoon just doesn't cut it. I splurged and enjoyed an iced coffee drink, V2 on the menu, iced milk coffee.

This place is awesome! The drinks were sooooo good. You can never find fresh sugar cane juice anywhere and this place has it! It’s so family friendly and my two toddlers loved their meal. I got the combination special and my husband got the grilled pork bahn mi and both were equally delicious. The baguette bread was crunchy and tasted like they made it fresh. Before I knew it I almost ate the entire thing before I realized I should have taken a picture of my sandwich lol so my pictures don’t do it justice. We ate inside (which was decorated super cute and modern) but the fact they have a drive thru makes it really convenient. Will be back again!

New favorite spot!! The food and drinks are go good! Very generous serving size on the sandwich/bahn mi. It looks and tastes like the bread is made fresh in house. Went through the drive through but could tell how gorgeous it was inside. Would highly recommend !

Went to try this shop on their grand opening, and tested out both their Banh Mi and their Pho offerings. Firstly, this shop is set up more for drinks and Banh Mi rather than sit down restaurant, but there is ample seating available. Their Banh Mi was also good, with a crispy crust and soft inside to the bread, and their fillings are also great (spot on for the Pate). Also tried their special Pho (they only have four choices), and the bowl is smaller than other places, but the soup flavor is rich without the fake MSG sweetness.
The only comment could be they are marginally more expensive than other Pho shops in the area, given the bowl size, while their Banh Mi prices are comparable to other shops in the area (though more expensive than shops in Little Saigon).
All in all a nice local alternative to the long drive to Bellaire Blvd.

The food is on point with such fresh filling ingredients. Huge sandwiches, softest macrons, right amount of sweetness in their desserts and boba tapioca drinks.

They have buy 5 get one free. I love their authentic mayonnaise and pate. The owner has developed his skills in Paris as well.

I love they have a drive through if you’re in a pinch. When you order inside you wait for your number to be called to pick up your order.

My family and I completely devoured our combo sandwhiches, drinks, and macrons so the lack of pictures. Definitely bring the family and give them a shot!
