Phở Kim Long (Kim means gold/golden while Long means dragon)

Loved everything about this place from the moment I first stepped in. The owner stepped out from the kitchen and helped me to a table. The restaurant itself was quite spacious and well decorated. I ordered the pho and a sandwich and got my food within minutes. The owner was very personable and you could tell he was a kind man at heart. Spoke good English too. The soup aroma was second to none. It came with a platter of herbs to mix in which added an element of customization and interactivity to what would otherwise be just another pho. Overall it tasted nice. I've eaten the same dish at other places (this area of mason and Katy's asian district by 99 and i-10 have all had quite a few pho places rise up over the years) and the pho here stacks up to the higher priced competition. The banh mi sandwich was probably the highlight of my meal - it was absolutely divine! Would definitely recommend this sandwich to anyone trying Vietnamese food for the first time, along with the pho. If any place to try this food, do it here, in an ambient atmosphere, with a kind older gentleman to help you decide what to get.

TL;DR - Clean place, nice decor, friendly customer service, and GREAT food, all for a very reasonable price compared to local pho joints!

Food is great! Staff is even greater! Enjoyed our dinner here on a nice Friday night. We had the pho along with spring rolls and egg rolls. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend*****

This Food here is freaking amazing Authentic ??Vietnamese pho delicious fresh ?and better than nasty Pho Saigon which is down the road. THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM .Very CLEAN BRAND new and decorated beautifully inside.the owner is super cool and overall a great experience. ?

Had this great bowl of Pho again last Saturday night. Broth Simmered for 24 hours is amazing. Friendly owner and staff. Will come back for sure !

I had the soup here it is so tasty, homemade tasty I wish everyone could try it. You will not be disappointed. If you need a homemade taste pho this is the place to be. The environment is peaceful and clean. Great customer service. No to mention the owner is attentive. The price is awesome as well. Thank you pho Kim long for your amazing soup.

I really like this place. It's clean and the food I have had so far is really homemade goodness. I love their "Spicy Shrimp Noodle Soup." It's pretty spicy and richly flavored.

I also like their "Golden Chicken Rice Noodle Soup." It's really light and healthy. According to the owner, the soup is infused with lots of healthy herbs like lemongrass, turmeric, ginger, garlic & etc.
