I was so not impressed. I keep hearing about this restaurant and I've been a couple of times now and it's just what people make it out to be. Yes the hash brown casserole is great. That's it as far as I can tell. The staff is young and unattentive which is par for restaurants here in Houston. Managers are hiring the young people who do not know how to serve. Pretty much every restaurant this one included has very poor service because people young people do not know how to serve. This was no exception
I was driving by this place and decided to give it a shot. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and the service. It's a bit out of my way but I will definitely make an effort to eat here more often. I would gladly give them my money.
It is really hard now to find a breakfast place that serves great food and has amazing service. This is the second time we have been here and they are always consistent with spectacular food and service. Today, we had Nathan, and he truly was very pleasant and kind. Thank you guys for such a great time. We will certainly be back very soon!
There is often a wait so it is best to call ahead and see how long the wait is. Unfortunately there isn't a reservation options. But that being said, the wait is ALWAYS worth it for the food and service you will get here. The staff is quick to clean off tables and get you seated. No matter how busy they are the wait staff is always friendly and attentive. To top it all off, the food is delicious.
I really enjoyed this restaurant. The service was probably the most standout attribute. The food was really good, but the portions were pretty small in comparison to many breakfast places I frequent. I had the West Coast Arnold (sans the bacon - I don’t eat pork), which was flavorful but small. My friend had the Granola Apple French Toast, which we both enjoyed! Overall a really good choice for breakfast!
