    We recently used Zach's Shack for a wedding shower serving about 50 people. Ronnie did a fabulous job. The meats were smoked to perfection and not dry as catered food can sometimes be. Aside from the excellent BBQ, and sides there was apple cobbler and ice cream. Ronnie is very service oriented. He was there early and "draped" the counters for easy cleanup. He cut the portions and served for several hours while people came back for more. This is definitely a great option for catering any event.

    Great BBQ and sides! Thought I knew what good BBQ was. After today I actually do know. If you guys and gals at zack shack need to get rid of some left overs. I'll show up with the wallet. 😁

    Ronnie catered a delicious office Lunch & Learn today! I’m a picky eater but I enjoyed everything he made! He was extremely patient with our large group of hungry engineers; we will request another meal soon!

    Man, great lunch. The guy came in and had the whole spread set up just as our lunch and learn ended.... Portions were generous and brisket/sausage were cooked to perfection! Next time they have Zach’s back I’ll be first in line!

    Delicious BBQ! Everyone enjoys it every time!! Top notch service at a reasonable price! I would recommend Zach’s Shack for any event that needs to be catered! Can’t go wrong!
