Casa Ole'

In town for a convention and stopped in for the Thursday Fajita special.

Serve Coke products so a big plus. Excellent, friendly service.

Nice variety of sauces with the chips. Both the milder creamy green sauce and spicier red were very good. The Chile con Queso was good but not great.

The chicken fajitas surprised me. For breast meat they were very flavorful. Even without any condiments the meat was tasty. Plenty of toppings too. Didn't skimp but didn't overdo it.

Good solid Tex-mex. Would definitely come again.

I'd give it 4 stars but it's just the Casa! They really need to up their game and shake things up but like I said...it's the Casa. They have the same menu they've had for 20+ years and they'll probably never change. However they do have a menu insert for Lent that seemed quite reasonable and oh wait...I think I will give it 4 stars because of this.

The server, Hayden, was great and very attentive to our needs and even when we had a problem, he addressed it quickly and apologized even though it wasn't his fault. Come to think of it...he gets 5 stars!

The food was fresh and hot. What made our night though was Stephanie, our waitress. She was very personable with my kiddos and kneeled down to their level to take their orders, she joked with my kids and was really just so sincere! Sweetest waitress we have ever had! Thank you Stephanie!

Food and timing was superb. Only problem: waiter left no ticket, cashier asked me where did I sit and gave me wrong receipt. So they asked me what I ordered and finally got it all right...very disappointed in the poor service. Just leave a ticket on my table next time.

From the moment I walked in I liked this place. Both hostesses greeted my family and got us seated. From there our waiter Dakota took care of our needs and we never had to wait on a thing. Even the managers visited our table as well as several others. I would say that part alone is unique. Nice job Casa Ole.
