Pappas Bar-B-Q

Really good. Next time I will get a bbq baked potato without the meat and sauce mixed. I'll just get it dry. It was like candy. Way to sweet. Ill put my own sauce on it. But their carrot cake is amazing! I would go back just for the carrot cake alone!

Food is good and atmosphere in the restaurant is nice. But service was a little slow. Ordered online, but I still had to wait for my food to be prepared when I arrived. This was at 4:30 p.m. with no one else ordering. I stood at the register for a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged. The girls seemed a little more involved in their horseplay than business. Typically, this is not the case from the few times I have frequented this establishment.

They were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be coming back here only. The food was great too. Brisket was a little dark but inside great.

Pappas BBQ is on point. Ya feel right at home and don't wanna leave. The entire restaurant is clean, smells clean, the rest rooms are clean and fresh. Makes you wish you could jus move right in and camp out or something. I don't even have to tell you about the food. Pappas BBQ on S. Sam Houston Parkway is the true Bomb.
