Sam's Boat

I love my crawfish and Sam's boat is on point. The size is good and spice was hot. In this picture is called loaded where you get shrimp, onions, mushrooms. I will be returning the next time I'm in Texas. The bartender gave me great service and she kept my drinks full. This place was one of the spiciest I've had so far. Which is what I like.

We went for lunch because the weather was spectacular...perfect breeze and the always great views with lakeside seating. They were extremely busy as one might expect. Typically would give them a 4, rarely a 5 as it's more about sociability with adult beverages than the actual food. But today service was slow. Very slow. My burger and fries were good enough. My wife's fish tacos were cold and the tortillas had fallen apart due to sitting for so long. They did have a good appearance and were made the way she asked, so had they come out timely I'm sure would have been good. Took them off the bill. Not their best day...but we WILL be back!

The wait staff at Sam's boat are always phenomenally friendly. Tonight we had a party of ten with a single waitress. That was on top of everything and obit once was there a slight delay on one of the orders. The crawfish, when in season, are done with a perfect balance of flavor and spice. I highly recommend anyone have lunch or dinner there when nearby or even plan on making it the reason you went to Clear Lake

This establishment is a great place to eat or even hangout with co workers for lunch. The food was great and fulfilling. They give you your monies worth. The staff is friendly and great.Great customer service! I would suggest my friends and family to go here also. You get a great view while you enjoy great meals.

Sam's boat provides a nice lunch break from work. When the weather is nice you can sit outside and watch the pelicans on the water. I particularly like the grilled shrimp lunch special with the crispy new potatoes. The menu has a variety of blackened and grilled items as well as the typical fried items and burgers.
