La Taco Station

This place is hit or miss in a big way. I have been two times. The first time. I thought the tacos and service were pretty good. I enjoyed 1 beef, 1 chicken, and 1 brisket taco. The second time was a disaster of an experience. It took 40 minutes to get my taco order for dinner. I think they were having staff or inventory issues. It took forever and then they got my order wrong. Hopefully, they get their service issues figured out.

Just tried it for the first time and I will definitely be back! I had the Birria tacos plate and my wife had the queso Birria( same thing except it has cheese in it. Both plates cost the same at $12.47 per plate. Each order had 4 tacos. The flavor of the tacos and salsa were delicious! I especially like that they were not overly salted. ( That may explain why a few reviews claimed they were lacking taste, I however appreciated not feeling disgustingly bloated.) A few reviews mentioned the tacos were a little greasy and although I noticed that as well you have to consider that the corn tortillas are freshly fried giving them the perfect crisp texture!!!! Now as far as the amount of food I felt the tacos were properly filled. If you google how many ounces of meat goes in a standard taco it's 2 ounces, I felt like it covered that base if not slightly more. I am 5'8 155lbs and I can EAT EAT! Especially tacos . I was satisfied after finishing my plate. Could I have eaten more YUP!! especially since they were so good! If you're a bigger person or just super hungry you're going to want to add some extras to your order. My wife said the Agua Fresca was good and I thought $3.11 for a can of coke felt a bit high, Overall really enjoyed the vibe and delicious food. I hope this place continues to consider the feedback of its customers and pumps out some great food for a long time..

We finally topped in to try the tacos, and we're pleasantly surprised at the ambiance inside. Just driving by it looked like it would be a cool place. The tacos were good, the service was friendly, and the salsa was good. We will be back.

Tacos had plenty of meat in them. A bit on the greasy side, but great flavor.
The vibe is nice. The service and family are fantastic.

This place is new at the time of this review so I want to give some constructive criticism.

There needs to be more flexibility in ordering. Being only able to order two breakfast tacos at a time of the same kind is criminal. I would like an option for a 3rd and it would be nice to order two different kinds. I left hungry because I'm not ordering two of the same kind again.

The atmosphere of this place is awesome. Someone clearly put a lot of love into the vibes and it shows.
