Management reached out to me about the issue. I was given assurance that they care and are working to ensure my situation will not happen again and provided compensation. I have increased my rating to 3 stars as confidence has been partially restored. Once I have a chance to order again, I will re-adjust my rating.
Original Review: 1 Star
I had several 3 inch or longer black hairs baked into one of our three pizzas. Either this was done on purpose or hair nets are not enforced. Either way this is a major problem. Everything else in the order was fine. I am hoping this was a rare act of negligence on the cooks part. Contacted Pizza Hut with feedback.
