You have not had amazing crawfish if you have not made the drive to visit this hidden gem! Located in Spring, Texas, Bleu is a sleepy Oyster Bar that has mastered the seasoning for Crawfish! No more salty basic crawfish. Order the Bleu Seasoned crawfish and be ready for pure flavor and spice that will kick you in the back side. Make sure you order a bear or martini to wash it down because you will be on fire with flavor. I wait every year for crawfish season to get my fill of Bleu Flavored Crawfish here! Awesome!

Fresh oysters, great boudin balls and the happy hour menu was very friendly priced. I will definitely go back.

I love this place. Never a long wait, great outdoor seating, attentive wait staff, and excellent food. They have a wide variety of oysters, great scallops, and tacos to please any crowd. Happy Hour specials are my guilty pleasure once a week. I highly recommend the Cajun dip, house Cabernet, and grilled catfish tacos.

Always a wonderful time here. The staff was a bit confused on our date night but we will still return. Delicious cocktails. Even more delicious food. See you again soon.

Beautiful restaurant, nicely decorated and clean. Service was attentive. The beer was cold. The fried pickles we're abundant and excellent. Perfect happy hour spot. Several families came in for dinner during my visit, their food appeared good. I'll return to try an entree. 4 stars only because the cup of gumbo although a dark roux didn't have much flavor.
