    Just went there last weekend while attending the Texas Wine & Art Festival in Old Town Spring. My wife and I ordered the hamburger steak plate which was really good. Mine was with mashed potatoes and green beans while hers had mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. Really good rolls too! We'll definitely be back the next time we're there! On another note, it's too bad the Wunsche Bros restaurant had not reopened (the place caught on fire about 4 years ago), since their food was also very delicious when we visited the place about 5 years ago.

    Delicious comfort food, very friendly and efficient service, quaint vintage atmosphere. The lemon pepper catfish and baked potato were cooked to perfection!

    Got a bucket of St. Arnold's beer and a Steam Engine Burger and my gf got a catfish basket. It was all delicious! The prices haven't been updated on the menu but its not much of a difference, inflation, what can you do. Will definitely be back!

    Moved out close to this area in 2016. Had our wedding dinner/reception here! Management was very cooperative and accommodating. The atmosphere has a very comforting, TX style homely feeling. The wait staff is always very nice. Food is reasonably priced for Old Town Spring. They have some of the best burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches and chicken fried steak I have ever had! This lil place has become one of our regular dining spots.

    Went here for lunch on a whim. Wow what a surprise. Great food, affordable prices and overall great value. Dinged it a star because the wait staff seemed to disappear for extended periods. Will be back though. Had the Chicken Fried Chicken with fresh mashed potatoes and green beans. I added the pepper. Crispy, tender, juicy and well seasoned.
