Whataburger

Drove through in the middle of the night. Friendly service, the manager was on duty and food was fresh, hot and tasted terrific. No wait either.

We cam during the lunch rush hour and were treated incredibly! We were greeted upon entering and smiled at. I, as usual, forgot about my rewards and the cashier reminded me to scan it. We were helped by the manager Tomika I believe was her name. She was awesome! Best service I've had at a whataburger.

Tamika Johnson, who served us, was superb. She was super kind, made eye contact, and always had a smile. This is what I look for when someone else is handling my food. I will definitely be returning.

Wow, amazing service. Actually got my refill drink for me. Main reason I come here is they will grill my onions for me and they have wheat buns! Super clean!!

The staff is always pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately I'm pretty much guaranteed something wrong with my to go order. Inspecting meals for 4 in the drive thru lane isn't convenient nor would the person behind me appreciate it. That being the case double checking my order BEFORE bagging it would be nice, especially with all the signs about how many different ways there are to order a Whataburger. I'm not even sure how this happens so consistently as 1. I place my order for 4 2. my order is repeated to me at the speaker 3. my order is AGAIN repeated to me as they accept my payment then 4. my order is AGAIN repeated as they hand me my food. Maybe less repeating of my order to ME and more repeating of my order at the MAKE TABLE and the BAGGING STATION would help. Anyway, I don't think it's blatant negligence but it's VERY ANNOYING that it literally happens EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL. I will continue to eat here as it's Whataburger so it's automatically delicious and because it's the closest location to my home. Hopefully I'll be the recipient of more accurate order checking in the future. If so I'll rate higher.
