Subway Restaurants

I went there with my coworker to get us something to eat. I’ve always liked subway. The attention here is very nice. I just don’t like the location that much. But it’s a a good and clean place.

Ok here’s the deal and a free lesson for the young men working this store. I give y’all 3 stars because what you did didn’t hurt me as much as it hurts business. You’re young and maybe have not developed customer skills yet. I arrived and 2 of you were behind the counter and no customers were waiting. I saw y’all and y’all saw me, waiting, waiting, waiting. Finally you grabbed some gloves and said what do you want on your sandwich. I ordered and put a 5 dollar tip in the jar because I know how hard it is to make ends meet today. But here’s a more valuable tip for you to take to heart. Don’t lose sight of who enables you to get a paycheck. It is the customer. Greet the customer as if they are holding your paycheck in their hands. Make every sandwich as if it’s for the most important person in the world. This is how you do customer service and it works the same way at every job.

It's subway. My niece wanted to have her birthday party here. She will never live this down when she gets older.
