Smashburger

Awesome customer service. Only two people were there when me and my girlfriend went to eat. The employee behind the counter was awesome asked what they would recommend and got that. It was the cashier who also bussed the tables. Food was done in under 7 mins pretty quick. Tasted fresh and delicious will definitely be going back.

This was the worst experience at this location. One of our burgers was cold and hot as if they mixed and old patty with a fresh patty 3 of our fries were cold and the customer service person was rude and rolled her eyes every chance she got, other customers where trying to tell her she was wrong about one of the burgers on the menu and she rolled her eyes again and again making us pay for an extra patty that the burger already came with. I will never understand why people get jobs with customer service if they clearly don't want to be bothered.

I am editing my review, because I was contacted by the manager at Smash burger, She made everything right for my family by welcoming us back to show us what real customer service is! I was very impress with her willingness to make things right for us. We received hot food and delicious milkshakes with plenty of smiles by the employee's.

We have been going to this smashburger for quite a while, but now it seems as though the burgers have shrunk.I don't know if it's just me and my family but the burgers have gotten smaller over the years.I usually don't get the burgers I'll get a salad and split some sweet potato fries which I love and are exceptionally good, but my kids and my husband can definitely tell that the burgers just aren't what they used to be. They are good burgers but nowadays it's almost like you can go so many different places to get a good burger.
