(January 14, 2021, 2:55 am)We LOVE this place. The food is amazing and so much more than Americanized Chinese take out. Lai loves answering our questions and makes great suggestions. We try something different every time we go and it is all AMAZING. My personal favorite is the fish with sour cabbage.

(December 22, 2020, 12:45 am)My wife and I stumbled upon Chuan Cafe and we’re so happy we did! We had the steamed dumplings, hot and sour soup, Mongolian beef, and Chicken in hot chili oil. Everything was spectacular. The dumplings were the best we’ve had around Spring. Definitely coming back. The staff is really nice too!
