    I ordered the chicken/sausage gumbo and a boudin ball. I have to say I’m upset I didn’t order more. The food was beyond excellent. The customer service was also top notch. They definitely live up to the name “House of Roux.” Great job!

    Great people with even better food. Had Gumbo with Bourdain balls for first time and will remember this meal for life. Went far and beyond to provide an excellent experience. Would come back any day I am in town.

    Louisiana Traditional Cajun Cuisine has come to Texas! This place is Awesome! The Boudin, Boudin Balls and Gumbo Pot Pie are to die for! Atmosphere is very cool with an outside patio and the owners are super friendly. The service we received was so amazing, we will definitely be back. They made us feel welcome and gave us an amazing experience. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority! #gumbopotpie

    The boudin and boudin balls are very good. Just the right amount of spice!! The star of the show in my opinion is the Gumbo Pot Pie! Awesome flavor! You owe it to yourself to drop by and try all of their offerings. You will not be disappointed.
