Kings Blu Jam Cafe

I selfishly hate to recommend this little cafe because it is so good, and as it keeps getting more discovered it may become difficult for me to get a table! If you enjoy truly wonderful homemade breakfast and lunch, and friendly service, then you have to give Kings Blu Jam Cafe a visit. They will make you feel like you are part of their family. My wife and I have been there several times and have never been disappointed. Fried chicken with cream gravy is to die for. Everything is freshly made, never frozen. I’m still waiting to try the homemade crab cakes...they sell out quickly. Be prepared to wait for your order to be served...this isn’t McDonalds! But it’s well worth a little wait. You will leave happy and with a smile.

I've been coming here for some time now and feel bad for not leaving a review sooner. I absolutely love this place! I tell everyone about this cafe. Turns out all of their produce, meat and even their coffee is locally sourced. I have yet to eat something I didn't like. This is how it should be. They are 100% family owned and operated. What a refreshing change of scenery and cuisine! We are treated like family everytime we walk in the door. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. Blake is the hands down a waitstaff wizard! Plus they are always playing some serious jams. Please support our local business and check these guys out.

That said--here's the synopsis.

YOU CANNOT GO WRONG HERE!!! The breakfast was divine, the food is hand made--home-cooked, and they love what they do. It shows in every detail. I will be back.

I tried to add a picture but apparently that's what caused the first review to disappear--suffice it to say, I am pretty picky when it comes to breakfast. It's my favorite meal. I was not disappointed here. Grits--on point!!
