The Blind Finch

I was super excited to experience this speakeasy. The vibe is cozy and the bar is gorgeous, unfortunately the male waiter made us feel as an inconvenience. I simply asked for water for my table of out of town guests just to be met with such a sour vibe from this guy. Maybe he was tired but, who knows? But, I won’t come back due to his poor demeanor. It truly made my guests feel unwanted.

Absolutely stunning bar in Spring. It's so exciting to have a place like this in our neck of the woods. The decor is amazing. The bartenders made me a special drink based on my preferences, but we also sampled the menu. Everything was great. I highly recommend this place for a date night or romantic evening. Be sure to dress up !

Danny Danny Danny! What can I say?! He is an amazing Mixologist! I never know what I want to drink when I arrive but somehow he always seems to curate exactly what I need! He has such a creative mind and ensures that whatever he serves is balanced and delectable. Add in the ambiance and low lighting and this is the BEST place for cocktails in the Woodlands area! I almost don't want to write a review about it because I want to keep it a secret, intimate place, BUT it's too cool to not share! This is set up like a 1920's speakeasy, including "secret" entrance. The bar is so cozy: filled with vintage portraits, ornate mirrors, beautiful liquor lockers, and a stunning bar with ceiling-height liquor display complete with sliding ladder. Our server, Jennifer, had only been at the Blind Finch for 2 weeks, but she was knowledgeable about the cocktails (so many creative choices!) and honestly a true delight to talk with. The vibe is casual and very relaxed. There is music playing, but it's low enough that you can easily have a conversation over it. This is truly one of the most unique and enjoyable places I have discovered in quite some time. I will be back for sure!

My favorite place in all of Texas.

This is a Fantastic place. The ambiance is great, peacefully, relaxed setting where you can enjoy specialty cocktails and actually have a conversation.

The mixologist have some great tricks and knows his liquors and which compliments each other.

Comfortable seating with great music.

The snack / appetizer menu has some great items as well. The charcuterie tray has a great selection of cheeses and meats.
