    Very slow and small portions. The portions used to be larger.

    This time around the systems where having issues but the only reason I'm giving it a four is because I felt like this was my fault even though there was nothing I could do about the system crashing... the customer service is normally great but someone seemed to be a little bit on the grouchy side today.
