Pizza Hut

They are so kind and effective with service . The people who worked the shift at 5:36pm on April 14 2019 were so kind and thoughtful and I will go back everytime because of the exceptional service they gave to my husband when he went to pick up our order ! I also spoke with the lady on the phone beforehand and she was honest and so patient. I love customer service like this. This is what you call a " blessing". Thanks pizza hut of Tomball!

The service was good and the pizza was delicious. Be prepare to pay extra for any sauce you might want with the bread sticks.

Overall, I have had great experiences with this store. They have always been friendly and timely on delivery, courteous and patient regarding my dogs, and I can usually get through to the store directly after a call or two.

I would have given a 5* except for one product change: the stuffed crust pizza.

Although it's been a known issue for a few weeks now, there isn't a timeline for this to be fixed. The cheese has changed. This makes for a different taste, extremely messy since it melts readily, and leaks out which leaves little inside the crust itself. They still charge the same extra fee.

We're hopeful this will be fixed so we can resume ordering our pizza from here.

Placed an order at 8:04 pm, did not receive my food until 10:30. Even if they were short drivers don’t put on the website that it takes 60 to 70 minutes when it takes over 120 minutes. Not ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again. Strongly do no recommend this location.
