    Family owned and operated! Such good customer service. Samples available. Macros available. I mean, if you aren't coming here, what are you doing? :)

    I don't know why there aren't more low carb places around, but this shop shows that it can be a success. Awesome desserts and tamales along with very friendly staff. Even got to try a scorpion pepper got sauce with my Tejas tamales. Will definitely be back.

    I cannot believe how everything tastes so great in here. Friendly staff and such a great keto menu and bakery. You won't be disappointed with anything here.

    It was an incredible experience. The tamales are some of the best I've ever had. Their bakery was just as incredible. The only problem was that the coconut cupcakes we bought tasted peculiar, we couldn't swallow it. The cake part was blue and tasted like sour Skittles with a dark aftertaste. However, the cookies n cream and red velvet cupcakes were delectable! I very much recommend this place.

    OMG! Best tamales ever!! I didn't realize tamales could taste this good. Caroline has ruined every other tamale for me. It is a small nondescript spot with (probably) the worlds best tamales. The customer service is also amazing! Caroline herself recommended several of her favorites, which I brought to work and was the most popular guy for the day. I will now only buy tamales from Caroline's kitchen because none other compare!
