Jersey Mike's Subs

Good food nice people but music was to loud.

Great to have another sandwich shop in the area. Within the few times I have been, I have had consistent service there and friendly staff. The company has hired local student within the area and are all extremely competent and kind.

Being a New Jersey native, I love Jersey Mike's.
They remind me of Philadelphia and NJ with their perfect REAL AUTHENTIC CHEESE STEAKS! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

ETA: my mother called the store and let them know about her sandwich, the manager apologized and offered to make her next one free whenever she comes in. We haven’t been back since but hopefully will have a better experience next time we go.

Would’ve given 1 star but the employees were at least friendly so I figured I’d give them that. Went there for the first time recently and ordered a toasted tuna sub for my mom. They didn’t seem busy, there was 1 person in front of me in line and a couple sitting down eating. I honestly don’t recall if I stated that I wanted it toasted up front, but usually every time I’ve gone to Jerseys, they ask me before they start making it if I’d like it toasted, no matter what sandwich I get. I was also in the middle of an important and serious text conversation with my family members about some serious family issues, so maybe it’s partly my fault for not paying full attention...but when I looked up she had put the tuna on before toasting, to which I said “oh, it’s supposed to be toasted.” She then proceeded to ask the employee on the grill what she should do. The employee on the grill told her to place the sandwich on the grill and use the spatula to “wave” the warm grill air onto it.....really.....she did that for maybe 3 seconds and brought it back over.
So I suggested she maybe toast the bread before putting the tuna on. Then an older employee came from the back and saw the situation and told her to get new bread, toast it first, then just scrape the tuna from the current sandwich onto that one. Ok cool, no problem. I told her I wanted it mikes way, figuring they knew what that meant and more importantly how much of each thing to put on the sandwich, and I went back to texting my family members. When she was done she wrapped the sandwich up and proceeded to hand it to me as is, no bag. I asked if she could please put it in a bag because I don’t want any of the oil leaking out and getting on anything. She told me they ran out of individual sandwich bags but she could give me a bigger bag if I wanted(why wouldn’t you just do this anyways?). So I get the bag, get home with the sandwich(a 5 minute drive, if that), and there’s so much oil and red wine vinegar that the bottom of the sandwich is soggy to the point of falling apart. My mom couldn’t even eat it because she couldn’t pick it up without falling to apart. I’ve NEVER had this problem or been this disappointed at any jersey mikes location before.
I’ve wanted a jersey mikes near us for so long but if this is the kind of service and sandwich I’m going to be getting then I don’t even know if I’ll bother eating there at all anymore.
