Raw Tuna, raw salmon, scallops and shrimp, we're all pastry and gummy in texture. No real flavor or texture of the seafood, either. Looks great, but appears there all been heavily "sedated" somehow to increase shelf life and curb appeal. All looks lovely and great options. But the chief, spendy ingredients, barely palatable. Staff friendly and telling the party line well. But they couldn't go off script and explain the dicey seafood. I won't go back.

This place has amazing food! The Poke Burrito is one of the best foods I've ever put into my mouth piece! ^_^

I would make it a five star because I do truly enjoy this place but I just feel that it is expensive. It is really yummy, nice selection, fresh. Super nice and helpful employees, clean.

Food and ambience was great. However, employees lack respect for each other in front of customers. We were served by Corey who was a nice young man. Conner overheard corey ask us for salad before protein and pretty much got on him in front of us and told him he was sick of constantly telling him that he needed to ask which protein first before anything. Overall just a terrible vibe from Conner the whole time we were there. Not a great way to teach an employee and also not such a great attitude in front of customers. Overall, lava bowl meant my expectation as far as spice goes!
