(December 19, 2019, 3:57 pm)If you take a brisket to them, they will smoke it for you at a very reasonable price. Only a $1.25 per pound, and every single time the meat is tender, great flavor, and extremely moist. (Personal tip- if you take them a brisket to smoke, don't have them cut it do it yourself, you get more juice.) Their food is so good and worth every penny, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BBQ GEM RESTURANT!
