The Egg & I Restaurants

Great food that makes me feel like I'm doing something good for myself! Prices that won't break the bank & friendly service from the greeters at the door all the way to the cashier checking you out! Adriana was so attentive, so aware, not just to me but all of her tables. That's important to me, and it says a lot about the intention of the establishment.

Food was very good. The menu offers a great variety whether you want to eat clean and healthy, gluten free or Eggs Benedict, bacon, waffles, whatever. The only downside for me was our waitress. She was not very friendly. It was our first time there and we told her that. It didn't make any difference.

We had the Elevated Egg Sandwich and the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with fresh Strawberries. Delicious, the Pancakes were light, fluffy with such a great flavor didn't even need syrup. Sandwich with egg, avocado, fresh spinach and bacon also delicious. Melissa waited on us. She was helpful, new her menu, courteous and efficient. We will definitely go back.

First Watch formerly The Egg and I just took over on Bay Area Blvd. They are completely remodeled with natural wood floors and walls. It's very attractive but also loud. The food appears to be wholesome and organic. They have steel cut oatmeal. ... Fresh fruit ..and fresh organic fruit and vegetable drinks juiced to perfection. They have 3 choices (drinks) at $3.99 including one refill. The service is excellent.
