Torchy's Tacos

I can see a time when I would have given them 4 to 5 starts but the last few times I've been, the food has not been hot and fresh. I would say my tacos have been luke warm. Depends on what time of day you go or what day of the week, whether the wait is longer or not. We've waited anywhere from 5 or so minutes to 15 or so minutes. Parking can be a bit of a hassle as well IF it's on a busy night. Other than that, the parking is fine. I will say, the staff is pretty cool and patient.

My favorite brunch place!! Food always delicious, service so-so. And with the changes to the website, ordering is complicated. Don't call in for help, you'll be on hold for 15 minutes and then when you go in the store, you'll be told to wait 15 minutes for your order. And when asked about the process, they will say well that's our normal wait time. Do better Torchy's, you're a Texas brand. Maybe it's this location, but the service has been not cool more than once.

Torchy's has some unique taco combinations. I'd describe it as "taco chic". It was tasty and the portions were... Excessive? Significant? Impressive? Gigantic? Overwhelming? There's a descriptor that fits, but I don't know what it is. Quick service, nice atmosphere, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Food is good but the wait is way too long. They need to do a better job (maybe have more staff) at keeping the place clean. The place is so busy, people are often seen wiping tables with napkins between partons. The floor seems like it is rarely swept.

Consistently excellent and quick. This particular location can get incredibly busy between 11:30am and 12:30pm; so if you're planning on coming in for a quick bite for lunch and being back in 30 minutes, probably won't happen. They keep the line moving, but sometimes there are 20+ people in line.

Not knocking the place at all - it's just that good and gets that busy during weekday lunch.

Order beforehand and skip the line!
