Cajun Tex Marshall

A literal gem in East Texas! Ordered the grilled catfish dinner with fries and coleslaw. Was not disappointed! The tarter is pretty good, as well. Will definitely come back.

Best food. Anytime I visit Marshall I gotta go to Cajun Tex. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years. Also, they catered my wedding last year and did an AMAZING job. I was super impressed with their catering service & highly recommend.

The twisters are fabulous, they will make them any way you want......soft, extra crispy, seasoned, unseasoned, its your call me please. We love their burgers!! They are perfectly seasoned as well. The atmosphere is perfect. You feel like you are just it with a large group of friends. My only wish is that they stayed open later. Just because we love that place!!!

I will be back. They had mud bugs with potatoes. At a good prices. And live music. A good time to be had with a few friends. They don't serve beer but its BYOB.

We visited Cajun Tex on today, after our daughters College graduation from Wiley in Marshall. We did not reserve anything but had a group of 17 plus a few kids. The manager took out time and assured seating for us inside. (It was a little cool outside) Our waitress was great and took care of us with a smile. Thank you to ALL, from the ones I have already mentioned, to the cashiers and cooks. The food was A1 and the service was as well. Continued Blessings and many Thanks.
