    We actually got to the location 11 minutes before closing. They were still hospitable, welcomed us with a great smile. And served us some wonderful food. It was like tasting some real home cooking. Thank you staff.

    Love the food here. You can get breakfast all day. Awesome biscuits. Love to shop in the store and rock on the porch after we eat.

    Home Cooked Food, quick Seating and good Food, I Prefer the Cracker Barrel Old County Store in IH 35 on South side of San Marcos, Texas, Lots of Wait Staff and Even the Manager and Supervisors help out to Clean Tables when all 100 tables are full to reduce any wait time on Sunday.. Great Food and Good Service. they also Serve Breakfast all day and Open 6am until 9pm

    It's decent for when you're craving southern/home-cooking type food. It's not home cooked, of course, but I think it's a fair substitute.

    Like all restaurants, the food and service quality vary according to the employees on shift and the day/time of the visit. My family didn't have a favorable service experience this morning but the food was fine.

    This particular location is always crowded for breakfast, but I think that's true across the board for Cracker Barrel.

    Awesome! ! Healthy, wholesome meals. Just like homemade. Just like home made. But I don't have to wash the dishes. Great for kids to. Kid's menu, cups, high chairs. Also an old fashion variety store there. Lovely gifts and delicious treats.
