Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Good burgers and great fries (if you are into skinny fries). They even brought a free "worms & dirt" sundae to us at our table. Not sure why, they said the made an extra. My wife said she'd gotten a free sundae at a different Freddy's so it must be a "thing".

Awesome. All of it. They have the best chocolate milkshakes on the planet, made from their"frozen custard" ice cream. The hamburgers are the old fashioned kind, hand pressed to a thinness you will recognize if you are 50 or older -- so buy a double. It has that truly homemade taste, pure beef. And the frys are addictive. There is no place like Freddy's -- unless you have access to a retro time machine. You will love it. All of it.

This place is the bomb diggity! It's like if Steak n Shake was good. The french fry dipping sauce is chef's kiss and even the veggie burger is delicious (according to my vegetarian wife). Also yummy custard treats!!!

We stopped by here a couple weeks ago on the week they first opened and I'm glad we did. We went through drive thru and there was a little bit of a wait, as expected, but the gentleman at the window was very fast and friendly. And he even gave us a free complimentary cookie for the wait. Good service unlike at other fast food chains like McDonald's or Burger King where they just take your money and don't even greet you. I see people complaining about the prices, but in my opinion Freddy's is worth it. If anything I'd rather pay an extra dollar or two for good service, than go to other fast food places and be greeted with "Can I help you?!"
