Parasol food truck

So delicious and friendly employees! I got the chimichuri tempe sandwich, coleslaw and it came with chips. I'm very pleased with the freshness and flavor...but that coleslaw, I wanted to put it in my sandwich it was so good! Keep up the good work!

Incredible fresh & unique flavors is what this truck served me today. I ordered a Chimichurri Steak & Reuben that came with chips, along with potato salad. I will definitely be sure to add additional chips to my next order as these might be the best homemade chips I've ever had, they were EXCELLENT. Similar to what another reviewer said, I could have eaten them all day long. The Chimichurri Steak & Reuben sandwiches both had their own unique flavors, and freshness you could taste in every ingredient. I am a big fan of potato salad, especially mustard based ones. This one was solid, and will not disappoint. Will definitely be visiting again to try the other interesting sandwiches on their menu. Actually, think I'm going to go back now for some chips... CHEERS!

Really good mac n cheese. It has a unique seasoning to it too.

My friend Lucy brought me here for lunch the other day. We wanted to try a few things so we split the B.L.A.S.T, the schnitzel, and the crusted PB&J. Oh. My. Goodness! They were all phenomenal! Give Parasol a try, amazing food and service!

Yes, I know a bit dramatic but how else can you explain the goodness of the B. L. A. S. T. and homemade chips.

Piled on, all the filling makes for such a great combination of textures and flavors: bacon, lettuce, avocado, sprouts and tomato. The slightly toasted multigrain hogie bun added additional textures and was such a great vessel for all those fillings.

And the Chips? HOMEMADE and seasoned with crack (cause i couldn't stop eating them). These chips are some of the best around. Will definitely be my go to side item.

I'd been wanting to try Parasol for a while and finally got to. Stoked that it's only minutes away and look forward to the other creations!
