Everything made fresh! Friendly staff and quaint atmosphere for backyard dining. Will definitely recommend for a light lunch or coffee and baked treats. Also, some really cute crafts/jewelry for sale ... Adorable little old house!
Nice menu and ample outdoor seating. Dog friendly too. The execution and flow could use some improvement. There was a long line and the the wait for the actual food was even longer. I think that changing from this concept to a full service concept with a full wait staff would alleviate the long wait times for food. And alleviate the kitchen being bombarded with tickets. Also the customers would feel like tipping 20% is worth it.
If I were on my death bed, I would want my last meal to be at Thyme and Dough. My family and I have been coming to Thyme and Dough for over ten years, and I can truly not express how much I love this restaurant. Personally, I think breakfast (best drip coffee in dripping springs) and Thursday night bistro is really where the food SHINES. I've never had a bad meal at bistro night. The owner, Fabienne, and her son have always been so incredibly kind and welcoming to us. It truly makes Dripping Springs 100x better.
We saw this and turned around to stop in. This place was delicious and the locals know it. It was bustling on a Tuesday morning at 10am. Plenty of outdoor seating and an artsy, quaint interior. Well worth a visit!
