Route 12 Filling Station

After a while (age), one can tell right away if a new cafe was done by restaurant folks or some poor soul that loves to cook and hated their job. This newish place in Dripping was done by someone who gets it. Great feel, cool food, generous happy hour, kid stuff, pets are in if outside on leash. Seared tuna, shrimp and crawfish fondue appetizers and margaritas during happy hour. Yep, in Dripping.

Food is good. Had the chicken fried steak for $16 it was small for that price...for that price it should be bigger than the plate. Flies were abundant . They had country music playing. The homemade chips were good.

New restaurant in Dripping Springs. Very family-friendly. Laid back atmosphere with playground for kiddos. Menu has good variety. Had a black & blue burger with homemade potatoes chips...very tasty. Has a bar stocked with adult beverages. Worthy of a visit.

03/06/2019 13:30. Nice little place. The food is very good in comparison to surrounding businesses. The fish tacos with rice are very good. I'm hoping to try the prime rib sandwich maybe I'll get just a little cheese. I recommend eating at this place.

I love this place. Great food selection. Burgers are awesome. Chicken fried steak was really good too. So far everything has been very tasty. Prices are also really reasonable. This place is definitely a do- over and over...
