(April 11, 2019, 6:30 pm)I've been in Kyle for 16 years, and finally came to Texas Pie Co today (4/11/19). I ordered the ham quiche w/ salad, and a 4" Dutch Apple Pie. The quiche is best I've had outside of Austin. Very tasty, very fluffy, and the crust was nice and flaky. The salad was nice and crisp. The vinaigrette was excellent. The apple pie....deeeeeelicious. Not too sweet, but sweet enough to enjoy. Will have to go back and try other options they have.

(April 6, 2019, 1:40 am)The pies are here are so decadent, so incredible, they should be illegal. These pies could literally solve the world’s problems, bring divided countries together, and end wars - they are that good!
Also, I can never eat here again - I have screwed up my diet SO BAD over the last couple of days, since I bought two pies for my husband’s bday. All I want is pie. I don’t even LIKE pie! What is happening, and what kind of contraband secret ingredients are you putting in these pies?! Not cool, man!
Anyway, if you like pie, then your mind will be blown. If you don’t like pie, well you’re wrong. You’ll like these. Friendly service doesn’t hurt either.
I got the Fudge Pecan (basically a brownie in a pie crust) and the Dutch Apple. Apple was great, but hands down the Fudge Pecan was where it’s at.

They even have King Ranch Chicken and other types of casseroles that you can take home and reheat and are awesome! Great for a quick dinner you don't have to cook. Thanks Pie Co.!
