Texican Cafe

I'm so happy to have another great place to eat in Kyle!! First thing I like about this place is the atmosphere. I sat at the bar and it's kind of tucked away from the majority of the restaurant, which makes it quiet and cozy. The bar staff was friendly and attentive, but not annoying. The Mexican Martini?! Loved it!! AND! My favorite thing is their menu items are marked with a GFF next to it if they are gluten free friendly! Reasonably priced and good variety in the menu. I will definitely be back to try more! Their happy hour menu and daily specials looked awesome!

Fabulous food and a good family atmosphere. We went 3 times the first week it was open and have gone back nearly weekly since.

Even if yoy think you wouldn't like the stuffed jalapenos, try them anyways. The idea never appealed to me, but now my favorite thing on the already great menu.

Tried out the new Texican for fajita night. Very different than the Manchaca Rd. restaurant. Modern, open. Biggest issue was the noise level. Couldn't hear or talk over the din. But good food, good service. Apparently the community is very pleased to have them.

Texican Café was an extremely clean restaurant. I don’t normally review Mexican foods since I’m always comparing them authentic Mexican food I’ve had. I’m extremely picky when it comes to chips and hot sauce and their Chicken Tortilla Soup. They had two kinds here. Normal and a green sauced one that have it a little of a kick. Both was extremely delicious and their chips and hot sauce are great too! I really enjoyed the vibe they had here. Their hospitality and their ALL their food! Our waitress was extremely patient with us. The name on the ticket was Veronica, thank you!

Enjoyed lunch at Texican Cafe with my grown kiddos today and we were excited to try the new restaurant in Kyle. Our waiter Kelly was friendly and very attentive. The food overall was decent to good all though I think that many of the dishes lacked a bit of flavor. We will definitely come back!
