AJ's Ranch Road Grill

bbq at this spot - yummy. Service is excellent even when they are busy. Nothing but enjoyable experiences here. The bill was reasonable I would say.

It's the only place I can think of that is open late night for great tasting BBQ in central Texas...

First time there and the brisket tacos with the spicy ranch sauce was awesome!! It came with a side of mexican rice. It was delicious!! Brisket was tender, juice and with the sauce, it gave it that little extra kick!! If you haven't tried it, you need to go!!

Unfortunately I was not moved by this place at all. My sandwich came out cold, the bathroom was dirty and looked like it flooded, they service was sub par, the tea wasn’t sweet, and the food lacked flavor. I’m not sure if I just came on an off day but I really expected more based on the local reviews. Maybe I’ll try again one day.

The food here is great, service was prompt even thought there was only one person working. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the sides of ranch and BBQ were microscopic and the ranch was too delicious to only have a small amount.
