Subway Restaurants

My wife and I visited this location because of its location being close to our shopping destination. When we entered the location it was clean and the food smelled good walking in the door. We came to the order line start point and the server was friendly and ready to go. We made our orders and two servers went through our orders quickly and had our sandwiches ready within minutes. Only reason the location didn't get a 5 Star was the server running the register was new and me as the customer was having to tell him what the pricing was pointing out the combinations on the menu board. Thats not a bad thing but I had to do it four times, 2 times for each sandwich combo ordered. The only difference in the combos was the bread and the type of chips the meat was the same. That was a little much one time for each combo maybe not 2 times for each.

This place is a hit or miss. Had completely give up on subway but decided to go back 3/10. The girl who helped us was amazing. She's actually the reason I decided to start eating here again. That being said the next time we went was HORRIBLE. I'm not sure if they have a high turn overs or just bad training. The guy had an attitude and had no idea what he was doing. We asked for black Forrest ham, he didn't know where it was and when he asked the other girl there she said it's ham. She then proceeds to tell us 'we just call it ham' ???? terrible all the way around. Girl who came in late to take over making our subs saved our meal. Staff needs better training.

Still good sandwiches, staff is nice, but way short on quantity of ingredients in the last couple of years.
