    I love the number 12 from JJ so i come here often. Everytime i order i ask for my sandwich to be cut in half. And everytime i leave and look at my sandwich they never do so. Today i asked for a drink and was told there was no ice. Considering that the soda comes from a machine i figured it would be cold enough without ice. I wasnt warned that i was being given WARM soda as well as no ice. And surprise surprise, my sandwich isnt cut. Again. I know these things seem small but the attention to detail and consideration seems to be lacking.

    I want to send a BIG shout out to Kale.
    Today I ordered 4 subs and 4 drinks to some laborers who I had been watching clear a field behind Springmarc appointments. He was right on it, I saw them eating as I drove by. One big random act of kindness to Jimmy John's, employee and me to the movers of the world.
