Buddy's BBQ & Crepes

Have been there twice now and both times have been excellent. First time I had their BBQ pork sandwich and split a strawberry limon crepe with a friend. The bread they use for the bun is fantastic where a lot of BBQ places cheap out, BBQ was seasoned excellently, and the pork was tender. The strawberry limon crepe was excellent as well, a nice balance of sweet and acidic. Second time I had their chicken sandwich and it was even better than the pork. Chicken was tender and not dry at all and the white sauce was fantastic. Can’t wait to come eat again.

Hands down the dopest Brisket ever smoked! Super juicy and tender! Crepes are out of this world and the burnt ends will leave you running back for more! Every time I visit Texas, this is a must stop! Mouth is watering just writing about it! Keep up the great work Buddy’s!!

The pulled pork sandwich is freaking delicious. I have been craving another one since I ate that one! The crepe I had was brown sugar cinnamon I believe, they added caramel sauce, it was sooooo yummy. The owners are wonderful. 10/10 recommend! Everyone needs to try this place

I was shocked to find some of the best brisket I've ever eaten (I'm a fat Texan who knows brisket) at a food truck in San Marcos. I seriously could not recommend Buddy's more! The corn and jalapeño poppers are also incredible! San Marcos is incredibly lucky to have Buddy's!

Wonderful brisket, super moist. The Crepes are some of the best I've ever had. My wife got the chicken sandwich with their signature sauce and the street corn, both were also really tasty. Will definitely come back! Awesome they do late night stuff too
