How do you mess up a refresher? I come to this Starbucks very often, and I’ve come to realize that the service and drinks are great unless there’s a wait. Last night I came and waited in line for 20+ minutes & pulling up to the drive thru I was turned away because apparently they close at 8pm now. It was 8:01. Today I also waited in line for 20+ minutes and received a refresher that tasted like water with food coloring. If you come here and see a line along the side of the building, just go somewhere else ??‍♀️

This location has a super congested parking lot with a crazy long line in the drive through! We were pleasantly surprised that the store was fairly empty with no one waiting to be served. Our drinks were tasty and service was very friendly!

Alyssa was my barista for drive thru today and she was BEYOND accommodating, professional and helpful. I had a complicated order and she helped me through it and then even remade my drink when it was not what I was expecting. She embodies what customer satisfaction is and should be. Great job, Alyssa! And thank you Starbucks for another great experience ?

Service is great as usual staff is attentive and friendly. Recently the only issue has been the excessively long lines. I'm not sure if it's a need for more staff or this location has just gotten more busy, either way allow yourself more time if visiting this location.

Best customer service! Every time I visit this location the staff is exceptionally considerate and kind. My order has never been wrong. Some are good, some are great. This is one of the great ones.
