Savage's Hill Country Bar

Such a nice atmosphere. Outside seating is very nice. Inside is clean, and inviting. Staff were very friendly. My husband and I played the golf game, we had a great time. Food was great, fried mushrooms were my favorite. Can't wait to return for another round of video golf?

We tried Savage's out on a beautiful Sunday during off peak hours. We were a bit skeptical when our drinks were made incorrectly but the bartender was young and personable so we just drank them and didn't make a fuss. Triforks chicken fingers are the bomb. Hands down, best chicken fingers in this area and believe me, I eat a lot of chicken tenders. The gravy was good but lacked a bit of seasoning to me. Had I gotten it to go I would've spiced it up a bit at home. No worries though because the chicken more than made up for it.

You absolutely cannot beat the wonderful atmosphere at Savage’s! They have done a wonderful job of transforming the old pizza place to a nice spot to hang out, eat, and drink. The oak trees overlooking the patio make sitting outside so enjoyable. If you’re hungry, Triforks has AMAZING food! Seriously, you won’t be disappointed!

Another night at Savages for the win!!!! Great atmosphere - awesome people - good music. Brian Weir played an amazing acoustic set - even did a song with the owner and a few locals. The food from triforks was ahhhhmazing - best fried mushrooms I’ve ever had. The bartenders rocked it and you can tell they really love what they do. They have cocktail waitresses if you don’t feel like going to the bar. This place is perfect for all walks of life - I saw kids of all ages up until 9 pm, my mom who isn’t a drinker even has a great time there. I drive from Austin and I’ll keep coming back!!!

Meat plate is amazing. Great assortment of cheese and meat and best part... really reasonable price. They made their own bread. Now that is putting a lot of love on a meat plate. I was really impressed. The owner came by and said hello.
