    Food has always been good... It just seems like service and occassionally quality of service is lacking. Got my food today... No napkins or ketchup offered or available. Had to wait in line for it. Had a couple of items missing in the drive through on another trip... I will still eat here because its whataburger!

    Food is ALWAYS fresh. Even during rush hour, everything, including restrooms, are exceptionally clean

    Tried the new jalapeno cheddar burger. Think I'll stick with the regular burger. Not enough cheddar or jalapenos. But it was hot and fresh!
