    The best chicken fried steak ever. Home made cream gravy, home made mashed potatoes. My wife got a patty melt that was divine. Awesome sweet potato fries. Home made pie was to die for. I just wished it wasn’t an hour drive. I would love to eat there weekly. Would you put one in the Tyler/Lindale area please. Can’t wait to come back again.

    I was vacationing with a friend of mine in East Texas and someone in the gas station recommended me Sue's Roost. The owners Craig and Sophia are super nice host: very friendly and welcoming. The food is affordable, catfish is delicious. Great family restaurant!
