The beef and pork 😋 were delicious. Meatier, seasoned well, just the right amount of masa. Had them for dinner and breakfast. Good item when having many guest. Just want to be clear, there were many other selections that we will be trying.
Big lineups, essentially on the weekends, but, the experience can't be beat.
Highly recommend that people try the Tamales here!
Updating my review as this is my 5th visit in as many years. Always impressed with the staff here. I asked what Menudo is and I was given a free sample.
Although I did not like the Menudo! I do appreciate the opportunity to expand my pallette and try new items and flavours especially when it's free! LOL!
TOMALEZ ONLAY, nuffin else.
Chip bowl & salad cum fwee wit dine-in ordaz.

I LOVE Delia’s ❤️ I saw a 1 star rating for their tamales and menudo, which just makes me think that persons opinions and reviews can’t be trusted. If you haven’t binged on the chicken and cheese tamales cooked with green sauce, you’re missing out. Regardless though, they have some awesome choices and the food is delicious.
My grandfather told me he likes the menudo from Delia’s and I hadn’t even known they have menudo. We’d been trying to get it ever since, but it’s only served on weekends, and since it’s a pretty popular place, they tend to get some pretty long lines. That’s the biggest downfall of Delia’s.. I’m just not going to wait that long to order some tamales or menudo.
However, I decided to try again during this visit (I’m from the valley but live in San Antonio now, we have a Delia’s that opened recently but it’s crazy packed all the time and there’s just 1 in all San Antonio), went this morning and there wasn’t a line!! I ordered the menudo for my wife and I, and of course some tamales.
My grandfather was 100% correct. The menudo was chunky with thick pieces of meat (and stomach lining or whatever) and was extremely flavorful. Seriously.. if you like menudo (and of course tamales) and haven’t tried it at Delia’s, please go, it was absolutely delicious 🔥🔥
I ordered half dozen jalapeno and cream cheese Tamales, along with some chips a Pepsi and 2 green and 2 red salsa.
It was an experience unwrapping each Tamales from it's individual corn husk and finding the Tamales perfectly formed and the outer substrate evenly formed around the center filling.
Strong enough so I could pick them up in my hands and dip them directly into the salsa with out them falling apart.
Delicious and moist enough to enjoy them with or without salsa.
Have been here before and I intend on returning many times to enjoy and recreate this experience.
I highly recommend trying this place out!
