Chick-fil-A

Lately they've been messing up all the orders i place on curbside whenever we go. And its been a few weeks of this happening. They either forget items or give us the wrong food. They aren't rude about it if its pointed out but its happening too often now. Even when it seems the location is slow the orders are messed up.

Food was good but the time in which it took to get ur food was longer than normal. We ordered a shake and when the shake was brought to the table the person took our table marker and that made it difficult to find our table. My son had to chase the person with our food down and show the receipt so that we could get our food. Seems they are concentrating more on getting curbside orders out. The employees who were taking out curbside ordered were also the ones taking out the dine in orders. They need to have employees specifically for dine in so there won't be a delay and food will be delivered fresh.

I love ordering at N 10th & Trenton McAllen, TX. Feedback is cause of Mrs. Jen. I love and appreciate her caring service. All the staff is friendly but Mrs. Jen always adds a little extra, I believe her dedication adds up to this location awesomeness. Hope to see her more often at curveside.
