El Pato Mexican Food

My husband and I love to eat here. We eat here at least 3 times a week. This time we went there was a cashier named Andrea. She was either not having a good day or her attitude needs adjustment. Very rude when taking the order and she has a frown the whole time. When I asked for the creamer for the coffee she sighed with a grunt. This girl is not going to stop us from eating here, but I wish we don't get her again.

I ordered over the phone for pickup. The order was accurate, hot and fresh when I picked it up. The order was big, but there were no mistakes. The worker who took my order over the phone and the worker who served us were both friendly and focused. If you are looking for reasonably priced, fresh, Mexican food, this is the place for you.

Great experience at El Pato on 10th…The manager was hands on, extremely helpful and very patient. The manager’s staff was respectful, quick and never idle, I can understand why, the manager leads by example. We need more leaders in those positions!!!! Kudos to the manager!!!

Best breakfast patos I have had in any Pato restaurant with friendly staff. Well worth it for me because it saves me the hassle of getting off at a restaurant. I just drive thru and enjoy.
