Jamaican Jerk Stop

Came in before closing and had a great experience. The service was awesome. The food was great cabbage and rice very tasty got ox tails jerk chicken and stew chicken all had great flavors was cooked perfectly literally no complaints.

It was my first time here today, and I think I should've come sooner. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere definitely had good vibes to it. I ordered the Jerk Chicken Plate and took it home for lunch. The first thing that got my attention was the amount of rice there was. Usually rice is a side that comes in a smaller quantity, but I absolutely loved the taste of it! It's a 10/10 on its own and I loved it even more with the sauce that comes with the plate. The sauce has a spicy bbq taste to it, and it doesn't have a thick viscosity either; which is to my liking. I also used it with the chicken and the taste was really good too. I really liked the seasoning and texture that the chicken had. The chicken itself was so soft that it came right off the bone without effort. The amount of chicken that's in the plate might not be satisfying for others, but for me I think it was enough. The rice and vegetables both had a really good taste to them, so I'd be disappointed if they put less of that to make room for more chicken. I payed about $18 for the plate and a can of Sprite, and honestly I think it's worth it. I'm very satisfied to know that I got my money's worth because overall the quality was really great.

My first time and I am so pleased to know that the Valley finally has something more to offer other than just Mexican food....no hate... I love Mexican food, but c'mon we need more variety. Loved my oxtails dish, well worth the price....somebody complained in their review about it being 80% rice...I love that they're not stingy on the rice and beans. Save some for later, don't complain about it! Lol. I'll be coming back next week for the jerk chicken 🐔 .

Wow! What a burst of flavor! Everything we had was delicious. We decided to get a variety. Our favorite was the oxtail! 😍 It was so tender and flavorful. Next favorite, the beef patties! They had this flakiness to outside breading and the meat inside was flavored so deliciously. Hubs, got the crab cakes and said they were totally worth the price. Seriously, everything we had was good: jerk chicken plate, curry chicken, the plantains, the side of cabbage, the rice and peas. We can't wait to try the goat curry, so we'll definitely be back! If you're looking for some variety, you have to try this place!
