    10/10 recommend! These meal preps aren’t like any others. They’re super healthy also you can taste that they don’t load it in salt and different seasonings it has the perfect amount and very filling!! Super good!

    Meals are very tasty. Menu changes every week but favorites tend to come back often enough. Just make sure you note their business hours carefully as they do change on certain days.

    Good balance of carbs, protein, and veggies
    Most meal for your money!
    Best protein donuts!

    They also have different veggie/carb options for the same entrees!!!

    Been coming here for two years and I’m always looking around for the perfect combination of price and quality. I’ve been to fork to fit, fitgrill, and Beauty and beast cuisine and I like the variety here the best.
    I’ve also seen a good expansion from their main location to 3 other locations so you know the growth is good here! Highly recommended
