I overall enjoyed my visit. I ordered one of my favorites, a mango lassi. I also had the tiki masala chicken and garlic naan. The naan was fresh, thin and garlicky. I do wish the portion sizes were larger considering the price. I also wished my order came with more rice. The consistency of the curry was a little more runny then I prefer.
Overall I appreciate the effort of who I think was the owner. He was cooking and serving, very commendable.
My fiancé and I loved this restaurant! Butter chicken was amazing, and the chicken korma was fantastic! We also had the samosa chat for appetizers and mango ice cream for dessert. The owner was super friendly along with their staff. This place is a 10/10👍🏻
It was my first time tasting Indian food and it was super good, thank you love the lamb!!! The mango icecream is smooth very nice! The owner is so kind you can see he loves what he does!
What a hidden jewel in plain sight! A Northern India cuisine and prepared by one of the most humble person you will have the pleasure talking too . We sampled a vegetarian samosa appetizer nice and crisp outside and full of flavor inside. The made from scratch garlic Nan was so delicious and very soft that is perfect to scoop up the meals that have gravy type sauce, which was the chili chicken. What I really appreciated was the courtesy of being asked what level of spice I wanted my food. I had the 4 out of 5 spice level and it was perfect. We ordered the lamb kabab and it was blended nicely with different spices to create an explosion of flavor on our tastebuds. We also ordered a rice entree, chicken biryani, to truly try the level of their preparation of the foods and we were not disappointed. The rice was perfectly cooked with the right amount spice . We capped it off with a dessert, mango kulfi(ice cream) that is also made in house. It was a perfect end to a wonderful meal. Go by and visit with Mr. Luthra and let him share a bit of Northern India cuisine.
Love this tiny restaurant. The owner is very sweet from North India (this is important if you know about India - food is not as spicy in Northern India).
Good beginning meal: Chicken Tikka Masala. Saucy chicken with rice. Lots of flavor! It was delicious.
For the spicy lover: Chicken 95 (same as chicken 65) ask for the spicy sauce on the side.
The naan is so soft and good get any of them.
Mango ice cream is also delicious!
We have gone back for lunch many times.
Be patient sometimes because it's just the owner who cooks & serves.
