We all enjoyed the daily special, which was a bowl today. We had a choice.of brisket, chicken or sausage. 3 of us chose brisket and we all agreed it was delicious with a generous portion of rice and beans with plenty of onion and pickle slices. $8.99 including tea. Awesome. I'll be back to try the rest of the daily specials.

Food was very good. A bit too much bbq sauce for me but tasted nice. A lot of food but a bit pricey for bbq.

Cozy little gem of a place! Love the bbq!!! Everything there cooked well and taste great! I especially like it when places have freshly squeezed limeade! Terrific! Does this place have a downside? No actual parking lot but I think the way it is adds to its appearance and authenticity!!

Expectations were definitely met.
We got the chicken quarter plate and the fajita plate. Unfortunately they were out of the half chicken so we will have to come back and try that one.
The meal was good.
The portions were large and included 3 sides, beans, rice and potato salad.
Before your meal arrives they also bring out homemade chips and salsa.
Definitely satisfied overall

I visited to redeem my tickets from a Brisket Sandwich Plate fundraiser (included rice and beans). It was delicious! Although if you don't like very moist/greasy brisket, this might not be to your liking! I also tried the chicken, sausage, and potato salad. Overall, I was satisfied with the taste and portions.
