    I got an outstanding experience. I not only received the best customer service but I got very tasty and fresh chicken strips. Shout out to the young lady who attended to me in the drive thru window, I didn't get her name, darn it!!

    High school student acted ignorant of their deals 9/7/22 8:45 pm. Overcharged me and then yelled at me to order correctly, which I did then slammed the drive thru window in my face. Why are these people still in business? Never going back!!!!

    Update: talked with regional manager. We talked about the problem. Tried out this past Sunday and again yesterday. Big improvement. They made it right.

    Chicken had no flavor...tried complaining and was told that I could get my order free next visit. Why do I want another order of flavorless chicken? Tried complaining to customer service number...no response...a month later called again, notes says I was refunded money...BS...requested a response from regional manager...2 weeks later still no response.
